How do I create an account?
Visit the UZX website and click "Sign Up". Enter your email address, create a strong password, and complete the verification process. You will receive an email to confirm your address.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
After logging in, go to Security Settings and select "Enable 2FA". Follow the instructions to link your account with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, each user is allowed one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension.

How do I keep my account secure?
Use a strong, unique password; enable 2FA; never share your credentials; always access UZX through the official URL; and regularly review your account activity.
What is a fund password?
A fund password is an additional security layer required for withdrawals. It is separate from your login password and helps protect your funds.
What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
Immediately change your password, revoke all active sessions from Security Settings, enable 2FA if not already active, and contact support to report the incident.
Trading & Funding
How do I deposit cryptocurrency?
Go to the Funding section after logging in, select "Deposit", choose your cryptocurrency, and copy the deposit address. Send funds from your external wallet to this address.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal times depend on the cryptocurrency and network congestion. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes to a few hours after security verification.
What order types are available?
UZX supports market orders (execute immediately at current price) and limit orders (execute at your specified price or better).
Are there trading fees?
Yes, UZX charges trading fees. Fee rates depend on your trading volume and account tier. Check the fee schedule in your account settings for details.

I lost access to my 2FA device. How can I recover my account?
Use the account recovery option on the login page. You will need to verify your identity through documentation. Contact support for assistance.
Can UZX recover funds sent to the wrong address?
Asset recovery depends on the circumstances. If funds were sent to an address UZX controls, recovery may be possible. Contact support immediately with transaction details.
